Can my brother resign and be at home this term?

The conditional term is not a reason for postponement of mobilization. It is not listed among the grounds for exemption from conscription during mobilization in Article 23 of the Law of Ukraine On Mobilization Training and Mobilization. The specified article of the Law does not provide such a basis for dismissal as serving a probationary sentence.
