Distance education does not give the right to deferment from military service?

Distance learning is just a type of education that is completely independent of full-time or part-time education.

If a person studies, first of all, on a full-time basis, he has the right to an unconditional right to deferment.

Full-time distance higher education, in accordance with Article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "On Mobilization Training and Mobilization" and Article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "On Military Obligation and Military Service", gives students the right to deferment from conscription for military service and from conscription for military service during mobilization.
