Property registration for a child without guardianship permission

I want to transfer ownership of an apartment to my child, and previously, the permission of the guardianship authority was required for this. Now, as I understand it, this requirement is no longer valid. Do I still need to contact the guardianship authority when registering property for a child, and are there any additional conditions or restrictions after this re-registration?
