Military ID for unemployment registration

Solved #military ID

I am currently trying to register at the employment center as unemployed, but I am not sure if I am required to submit a military ID or another military registration document. If I don't have a military ID yet, can they refuse my registration, and what should I do in such a situation? Is an electronic version of this document sufficient instead of a paper one?

The list of documents to be submitted during the registration of a person as unemployed is defined by the Procedure for the Registration, Re-registration of Unemployed Persons and the Accounting of Job Seekers, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated August 19, 2018, No. 792 (with amendments). Paragraph 17 of the said Procedure stipulates that, among other things, persons discharged from conscript military service present a military registration document during registration. During martial law (declared mobilization), conscripted persons must present a military registration document (one of which is a military ID).
