Conditions for receiving an allowance by multi-child parents

I am raising five children and heard that in 2026 an additional pension supplement is provided for such families. Please tell me what documents need to be prepared to apply for this payment, and what other main conditions must be met to receive this allowance? Are both parents entitled to it if the children are officially adopted, or only one?
