Legal status of the electronic veteran's ID

I saw that it is now possible to obtain an e-veteran's ID in the Diia app without a paper document, immediately after entering data into the register. Tell me, will this electronic ID have the same legal force as a regular paper one, for example, for receiving benefits or presenting it in state institutions? Can they require me to provide the paper version?
