Pension indexation and recalculation

I read that the court recognized the Pension Fund's refusal to index pensions as unlawful and ordered a recalculation using the necessary coefficients. My Pension Fund statement also shows an average salary indicator greater than UAH 3764.40 (for example, UAH 7763.17), and after the last pension recalculation, I have not had an indexation in recent years. Do I have the right to demand from the Pension Fund pension indexation for 2021-2025 and recalculation of the increase for late retirement, if the PFU refuses to do so, citing a different average salary size?
