European loan to Ukraine: are there risks for citizens

I read that the EU approved a loan for Ukraine amounting to 90 billion euros. I am interested to know if this new large loan could somehow affect ordinary people in our country? For example, is it possible for taxes to increase or state expenditures to be cut due to the need to repay it, and how does the law protect citizens in such a situation?
