Dismissal due to redundancy and job offer

21.04.2026 23:55 • Question

I heard that during staff reduction, an employer must offer an employee all suitable vacant positions, and this must be documented. What if I was not offered any other vacancy, or, for example, not provided full information about it, and they simply stated that I refused? Can I challenge such a dismissal and be reinstated? What are my real chances if this procedure was indeed violated?
