Liability of a taxi service for the actions of a driver

If, during a taxi ride ordered via an app, for example, Uber or Bolt, the driver harasses me or behaves inappropriately, who will be responsible in such a situation in Ukraine — the driver himself, or can the company also be held liable? Is it possible to demand compensation directly from the service, as was reported in the news from the USA, or do our laws not allow for such an expectation?
