Military registration

I am 18 years old and a student. When I was 17, I underwent a medical examination and received the status 'partially fit for military service'. I did not undergo the Military Medical Commission (VLC) to receive the status 'fit' or 'unfit'. Currently, I am a second-year student pursuing sequential education on a full-time basis. In 2025, the university told me that I needed to bring a certificate of full-time study to my Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center (TCC). I brought this certificate at that time. After that, I was not informed of anything further, so I have the following question:Am I required to submit data on my full-time studies to the TCC every six months, or do they interact with the university themselves?
