I saw that the state provides financial assistance of 6500 hryvnias, the so-called "winter support", and applications can only be submitted until December 17. However, among the conditions, several categories of those who can receive this money are listed: for example, recipients of state child benefits, low-income families, single pensioners, etc. Please tell me, if I receive another form of social assistance but do not fall under the specified categories, can I also apply for this one-time payment, or does this program apply exclusively to the listed categories of persons?

The program operates exclusively for the listed categories of persons, namely: 1. Parents and legal representatives who already receive state aid for: children under guardianship or care; children with disabilities; children-pupils of foster families and family-type orphanages; children of IDPs receiving living assistance; children from low-income families under 18 years of age. 2. People with I group disabilities among IDPs 3. Single pensioners receiving a care allowance.
