Reinstatement of the term for the enforcement of a foreign court decision

I read that for the enforcement of a foreign court decision in Ukraine, there is a three-year period from the moment it enters into legal force. But if I missed this deadline - do I still have a chance to achieve the enforcement of such a decision? What specific reasons are considered valid for reinstating this period, and what evidence needs to be submitted to the court so that I am not denied compulsory enforcement?
