Access of recruitment centers to the register of conscripts

I read that now the recruitment centers of the AFU will be able to access the unified register of conscripts, just like the TCC. I am interested in how this innovation might affect my personal data - who exactly will now have access to my information in this register, and will there be any additional guarantees for protecting my data from unlawful use?
