Protection of Ukrainians' Rights Abroad After an Attack
I saw news that Ukrainian citizens were attacked on a tram in Poland, the police have already detained the attackers and the case has been referred to the prosecutor's office. I'm a bit worried because I sometimes travel abroad myself. Tell me, if a Ukrainian finds themselves in a similar situation in another country, who exactly will help them get a fair investigation and protection – our country's consulate, local police, or someone else? And what rights do Ukrainian citizens generally have when they encounter similar incidents outside Ukraine?
