Are territorial concessions possible according to the law?

I often hear that international negotiations are underway to end the war, and territorial issues are being discussed there. The President says that territorial concessions are not relevant at all, but the parties' positions still differ. I am interested, does our legislation allow officially giving up part of Ukrainian territories during negotiations? If such concessions suddenly become the subject of agreements – would this not be a violation of the Constitution or other laws of Ukraine?
