New inheritance rules and digital assets

I read that they plan to update inheritance law and include digital assets in inheritance, as well as somehow change the order of inheritance queues. It is not entirely clear to me what exactly will be considered digital assets and how they will be divided among heirs. For example, can relatives claim my social media accounts, e-wallets, or electronic documents after my death? How will all this work according to the new legislation?
