Ten-day period for appealing actions of a state enforcement officer

Please tell me, if I disagree with the actions of a state enforcement officer during the execution of a court decision in a civil case and want to appeal them, from what moment does this ten-day period for filing a complaint begin? Is it counted from the day I became familiar with the actions or decision of the enforcement officer, or from some other moment? I am very afraid of missing the deadline and losing the opportunity to file a complaint.
