TSK and the Protection of Citizens' Rights During Martial Law

15.12.2025 15:20 • Question

I read that the Verkhovna Rada wants to create a temporary investigative commission that will check the use of resources in the defense sector, human rights observance, and compliance with anti-corruption legislation during martial law. Can such a commission genuinely influence the investigation of corruption crimes and human rights violations, and what rights of ordinary citizens can be protected or, conversely, restricted as a result of its work?
