How to inherit digital assets now

Please explain, if at the time of my death I have digital assets – for example, money in electronic wallets or social media accounts, how will they now be included in the inheritance under the new rules? Is it necessary to do anything additionally during my lifetime so that heirs can gain access to such digital things? I am interested in whether all digital assets can be inherited on par with property, and what needs to be known for this.
