What to do if there's a date of birth error in documents?

Let's imagine I lost my passport, and while trying to restore it, it turned out that there's an error in my birth certificate regarding the year of birth (for example, 1952 instead of 1962). If the migration service cannot establish my identity due to such a discrepancy, but I have documents confirming who I am (old certificate, identification code, marriage documents, etc.), is it mandatory to obtain an official decision from the SMS stating the impossibility of identifying me before going to court? Or can I apply to court immediately with other supporting documents?

According to the Rules for State Registration of Civil Status Acts in Ukraine, approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine dated 18.10.2000 №52/5 (hereinafter - the Rules), correction of an error in a certificate is carried out by making changes to the civil status record. To do this, you need to contact the civil status registration department. According to paragraph 15 of chapter 1 of section II of the Rules, during martial law, an application for making changes can be submitted to any civil registration department regardless of the place of residence.
