Terms of participation in the selection for the supervisory board

I saw that the selection for the supervisory boards of energy companies is currently underway, and I am interested in the following questions. If I have more than 5 years of management experience, but it is not only in the energy sector but also in related industries, does this meet the mandatory requirement for experience specifically in the energy sector? Is it possible to apply if some of the experience was gained, for example, in other sectors of the economy, but in similar managerial positions?
