I read that they plan to gradually cease EDRPOU and transition to a single register of legal entities. I am interested, will business owners or company executives need to additionally process anything or take any actions so that the registered information about our firm is not lost and everything remains legal after these changes? Will the state automatically transfer everything without our involvement?
