Land Lease Agreement: Obligations to the Tax Authority

I recently concluded a lease agreement for a state-owned land plot. Please advise if I am indeed obliged to submit a copy of this agreement to the tax service, and what liability might arise if I fail to do so or do not manage to submit it within five days after the registration of the lease right?
