Constitutionality of deadlines for salary claims in court

I recently learned that the Constitutional Court recognized the three-month period for an employee to apply to court for salary collection as unconstitutional. I am interested in: if I missed this deadline earlier, do I now have the right to apply to court for unpaid earnings, and will courts accept such claims now without time limitation?
