Statute of limitations for wage claims

I have read that the Constitutional Court deemed unconstitutional the 3-month period for an employee to apply to court for wage recovery. If I experienced a delay in salary payment and more than three months have passed, can I now apply to court for its recovery without any time limit? How will this affect my chance of recovering these funds if the employer delayed the payment?
