Abolition of the 3-month period for appealing to court regarding wages

I read that the Constitutional Court canceled the norm that limited appealing to court on issues of wage collection to a three-month period. Can you explain what this means for an employee? If I was not paid wages several years ago, will I now be able to file a lawsuit and demand this money, even if I missed this three-month deadline a long time ago?
