Please advise: if a person accidentally ended up in the wanted database of those liable for military service because a summons was not served to them (for example, due to an address error or registration at an old address), what are their next steps and how quickly should state authorities correct such an error? Can this cause additional problems with the police or the military commissariat until the situation is corrected?
