Will there be no interruption in employee deferment from mobilization?
I read that accelerated deferment from mobilization for conscripts through Diia is valid until February 1, 2026, and they promise to make the process seamless so there is no gap between the old and new deferment. If I work at an enterprise that applies for the extension of deferment, how can I ensure that there will be no interruption in the deferment status after February 1, 2026? Is there a provision in the law for early application, and how can I avoid the risk of being mobilized during this transitional period?
