How to proceed with different surnames in inheritance
I find myself in a situation where my surname and even my name are spelled differently in various documents (for example, I changed my surname after marriage, or there's an error in my name somewhere). Because of this, the notary refuses to process the inheritance for me, even though I am clearly specified as the heiress in the will. It turns out that the court does not establish identity if the data differs. Please advise what I should do in such a situation and how I can still confirm that the title document (will) refers specifically to me to receive the inheritance if there are different surnames or names in the documents?
