USC for an employee with concurrent employment in Diia City

I currently work concurrently for a company that is a resident of Diia City, but this is not my primary place of employment. My salary there is below the minimum wage. Do I understand correctly that even in such a case, the company must pay the unified social contribution for me based on the minimum wage, regardless of my actual salary amount? And does this not depend on whether I work for them as a primary employee or concurrently?
