Lately, I've constantly been feeling stress and all these symptoms mentioned in the article – tension, anxiety, sleep problems, etc. If I consult a doctor with such psychological or psychosomatic problems, do I have the right to free medical care in a state polyclinic? And is a referral to a specialist necessary to receive such care?
