Verdict for attacking TCC military personnel and probation

13.12.2025 20:30 • Question

I read news about a man in Kharkiv who was found guilty by the court for throwing bricks at TCC military personnel, threatening them with a knife, and for this, he was sentenced to 5 years in prison but immediately released from serving the sentence with a 2-year probationary period. I'm interested to know if this means that if a person violates the law again during such a probationary period, they will immediately be sent to prison to serve the full term, and what other consequences this probationary period might have for ordinary life?
