Mobilization deferment: new rules and annulment

I am an employee of an enterprise designated as critically important, and I recently received a deferment from mobilization. Following changes in the rules by the Cabinet of Ministers, I am interested in the following: what are the current grounds for annulment of my deferment, and can it be canceled earlier than one year if my employer submits the relevant documents? What do I need to know so as not to lose such a deferment unexpectedly?
