Sanctions against maritime vessels and their impact on companies

I read that Ukraine has imposed sanctions against hundreds of maritime vessels that Russia uses to finance the war, and some of these vessels sail under the flags of various states and belong to different companies. If a company, not being Russian, owns a vessel that has fallen under such sanctions, what specific restrictions or consequences might there be for it in Ukraine? And could these sanctions affect Ukrainian partners or businesses that previously cooperated with such companies?
