Compensation for a cancelled or delayed train due to shelling

I bought a ticket for a train that was cancelled or significantly delayed due to missile shelling in the Odesa region. Do I have the right to demand a refund or any compensation from Ukrzaliznytsia in such a case, and how should I properly do this?
