Rights of property owners during earthquakes

After reports of earthquakes in Bukovina and the Black Sea, I started wondering what would happen to my home if it were damaged by similar tremors. Are there any special rules or compensations for apartment or house owners in case of property damage during an earthquake? If so, where should one apply and how should it all be processed?
