Anonymity and security of participation in the Army+ survey

I saw that the Army+ application is conducting a survey for military personnel about the quality of medical services, and it states that the questionnaire is anonymous. I am interested in whether the organizers of this survey can somehow identify me based on my answers or technical data, and whether there are any legislative guarantees that my personal data or opinions will not be used against me? I want to be sure that in case of candid comments, there will be no negative consequences for me.
