Guaranteed employment for women after training
I read about an experimental project of the state employment service, where women are paid for training in the same "male" professions and are promised guaranteed employment after completing the course. But what does "guaranteed employment" mean from a legal point of view? If an employer refuses to hire me after training, will I have the right to demand employment or compensation? And is there any liability for the employment service or the employer in case of refusal to hire after paid training?
