Legal status of war bonds in Diia

I saw that in the Diia application one can buy war bonds 'Amvrosiivka' and then receive their funds with profit. I would like to understand if the return of money and interest is guaranteed by the state? And if the state, for some reason, does not pay this amount at the specified time, can I protect my rights and how should I do it correctly?
