Taxation of electric vehicles from 2026

I plan to buy an electric vehicle in the near future. Currently, there is a VAT exemption, but from 2026, value-added tax will be reinstated for the import and sale of electric cars by dealers. If I import an electric vehicle at a preferential rate without VAT by the end of 2025, will I need to pay anything extra or pay VAT after January 1, 2026, upon registration, sale, or change of owner? Will these changes affect cars already imported earlier?
