Influence on automated case distribution

12.12.2025 08:50 • Question

After all these scandals involving possible falsification of cases, interference with the automated distribution of court cases in the HACC, and denial of access to inspections, a question arose for me: if someone is indeed interfering with the automated distribution of cases and cases are heard by 'preferred' judges, does this mean that the verdict in my (or another) case can be overturned? What is required for this, and where should an ordinary person turn if there is a suspicion of such violations?
