Right to recalculate Chernobyl survivor's pension

I am a victim of the Chernobyl disaster and have a Group II disability that resulted from this illness. I am interested in whether I now have the right to demand a recalculation of my basic pension up to 8 minimum old-age pensions and an additional pension for health damage in the amount of 75% of the minimum old-age pension, as stated in the updated position of the Supreme Court? How exactly can this be done in practice if the Pension Fund previously refused such a recalculation?
