I saw that on December 12, one lane on Taras Shevchenko Boulevard in Kyiv will be partially closed due to repairs to an inspection well. If I accidentally drive into this closed lane or fail to notice the restriction, can I be held liable, and what might be the consequences for a driver in such a situation?
