I recently learned that the Constitutional Court recognized as unconstitutional the norm regarding the 3-month period for appealing to court for salary collection. If I previously failed to file a lawsuit due to missing this deadline, can I now appeal to court and demand payment of the owed salary? How does this CCU decision affect such cases?
