Consequences of Ukraine's Approval of Negotiation Positions with the EU

I read that Ukraine has already agreed on negotiation positions with the EU on the so-called clusters 4 and 5, which include issues of transport, energy, ecology, agriculture, etc. I am curious if this means that some laws or rules in these areas may change for ordinary citizens in the near future? For example, could new requirements for motor transport or changes in land use rules appear? I would like to understand when and exactly how these negotiations might affect my daily life.
