Preferential Mortgage for Mobilized Persons: Details

I am mobilized and became interested in the eOselia program, as I saw that for us the mortgage rate is now 3%, just like for contract military personnel. But are there any other additional requirements or restrictions for mobilized individuals when applying for such a loan, apart from the housing area limit? I would like to understand if it is realistic for me to take advantage of this benefit and what documents are required for this.
