Protection of children's rights: what will change in practice?

I read that the Prosecutor General's Office appointed a separate deputy who is now specifically responsible for the protection of children's rights. I am interested in how this will affect the protection of my child's rights if their rights are violated? Are there any specific mechanisms or new opportunities for seeking help or protection from the prosecutor's office?
