Europrotocol in Diia: Legal Equality with Paper

I learned that soon it will be possible to register a Europrotocol in case of a road accident directly through the Diia application, and such an electronic protocol will have the same legal force as a paper one. I am interested to know if the insurance company will really not be able to refuse payment just because I submitted the accident notification through Diia, and not on paper? Will this not cause me additional problems with the police or the insurance company?
