Statute of limitations for salary claims in court

I read that the Constitutional Court abolished the three-month period for an employee to appeal to court for salary recovery. If I haven't been paid my salary yet and more than three months have passed since the violation, can I file a lawsuit now? What period is now considered for such cases?
